Refund policy

1. Pre-Order Terms
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it is ready to ship. Payment is taken at the time of the order to secure your item.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been shipped.
  
  

• Once your item has shipped, the order is considered final. If you receive the item and there is an issue (wrong size, defect, etc.), please contact us for assistance.
  
  

3. Exchanges
If the item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations after delivery, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, as long as:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  
  

• Tags are still attached.
